From day one, you'll be part of a collaborative team, gaining hands-on experience across a range of technologies, projects and business areas. You’ll get the opportunity to work with all areas of our business from instore, online, trading, supply and logistics to understand how Technology is the foundation for how a retailer operates. You’ll also work with experienced Technology professionals who will support your development and help you build the skills needed for a successful career in Tech.

Our Technology Graduate role offers a structured technology development journey, giving you the opportunity to build expertise across a range of specialist areas while gaining valuable insight into how technology enables our business. Through a series of placements, you'll develop your technical knowledge, commercial understanding and problem-solving capability while helping deliver technology that makes a real difference for customers and colleagues.

We're looking for ambitious, curious individuals who are excited by technology, motivated by learning and eager to make an impact. You might be a recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Information Technology or a related discipline.
