My first role as a Trading Assistant set me up for success within my later career as a Buyer. It provided me with exposure to a variety of different roles and allowed me to develop a greater understanding of business processes. The skills I learnt continue to underpin day-to-day tasks and ultimately, are supporting my progression throughout the business.
