There's so much training that goes on here. It's amazing for me. I believe that I will be supported here.

There's a mentorship programme and it's really helpful to speak to someone who has been in my position. Having that understanding of where I am, compared to where I will be in my career, is really helpful.

From being able to study CIMA and rotate into different roles across Finance, to meeting like minded people - the experience has been amazing so far.

They say Asda is a family and I'd definitely agree with that statement. It's given my opportunities beyond my wildest imaginations and I wouldn't be where I am today without Asda.

My favourite part is going to see suppliers and seeing the product they're looking to sell. I'm only a few months in but it doesn't really get much better than this!

I've seen Apprenticeships in Logistics from Level 2, right up to Level 7. At Asda you can get ahead with opportunities regardless of where you've come from.

My proudest moment so far on the Apprenticeship would be giving a speech at the House of Commons representing the Logistics sector. To be given that opportunity is something I never thought I'd get.

There's lots of opportunities at George for growth and development. You can always challenge and stretch yourself to improve.
