Operations Manager

From managing store processes to improving the way things work, our Operations Managers deliver high standards across the store and embed consistent routines. They’re the people who drive availability, reduce waste and shrink, and help every team deliver at their best.


Duty Manager

Our Duty Managers play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our supermarket stores by planning and delivering success across multiple departments whilst ensuring the store is safe and legal for our customer and colleagues.


Ambient Manager

Playing a vital role in the day-to-day running of all areas of the Ambient department from covering everything from tinned goods to dry groceries, our Ambient Managers ensure the best availability and highest shop floor standards through brilliant execution.

Customer Manager

Our Customer Managers are the leaders keeping our stores looking their best and helping our colleagues to be their best. For them, it’s all about driving sales and making sure every customer has the best shopping experience with us.


Foodhall Manager

Fresh Manager

Being responsible for ensuring our fresh departments are always full and inviting, our Fresh Managers deliver the highest standards of quality, availability, and food safety - every day.

Night Manager

Our Night Managers keep our store teams motivated to deliver the best standards, no matter the time, and prepare our stores and stock for our first customers of the day.

They manage deliveries, ensure compliance, support colleague development, and prepare the store for the day shift, while taking full responsibility for performance and operations during night hours.

What are the working hours for Retail Management roles?

Store Management roles are contracted based on the needs of the business. As a leader within a store, you’ll work a variety of shifts, including some evenings, weekends and bank holidays, to support your team and customers. Full-time Retail Managers are contracted to work 45 hours per week.
