Nichole Tinnion - Senior Director in Asda Technology
An absolute honour to be listed in the Women To Watch Index for 2024. It’s the first time Technology and Engineering has had its own section and I couldn’t be prouder to have been put forward, never mind selected.
I am extremely lucky to have been surrounded by great people at Asda who I learn from every day, but also by those around me at home who make me a better human every day.
For anyone who thinks they can’t be their true self everyday and be successful, trust me, you can!
Here at Asda, we think that the best way to work is to do it where it works best. That’s why all of our teams who are able to work from home, work with each other to figure out a pattern that works for you all, and the business needs. So you can get the most out of work, whether that’s at home, the office, or both.
