Founded in 2020, the Asda Finance Wellbeing group was initially all about supporting colleagues through the pandemic but, since then, it’s grown into a strong wellbeing agenda that spans an annual calendar of campaigns and events. All to make sure we’re keeping the conversation going on all aspects of wellbeing, physical, social, financial and emotional.
Our team runs a range of events, from team meeting downloads, written tips and information, to in person workshops and external speakers. We also regularly run Wellbeing surveys to touch base with how our colleagues are feeling. And we take those thoughts and feelings into our regular wellbeing-focused meetings, so we can discuss any issues. And take action to better support our colleagues.
Analysing problems and proposing innovative solutions, our Finance teams make everything add up with in-depth industry knowledge, and bring projects that make a real impact across the business.
