A typical day begins with arriving at the store, greeting the team, and walking the store with a customer-focused mindset. I ensure the shop looks its best for a busy trading day. My role is a balance between delivering key KRA metrics, coaching leaders and colleagues at the shelf edge, and boosting morale. It's about driving commercial performance while focusing on people, making sure we’re all motivated and working together to achieve success.

My favourite part is making a positive impact on every colleague and customer. With hundreds of colleagues and thousands of customers, no two days are alike. The ever-changing nature of the role keeps things exciting and rewarding, especially when we overcome challenges together.
