Since joining Asda, I've loved seeing the whole team embrace the opportunity of what we're trying to build. There's a real enthusiasm and knowledge for this business and this brand, as well as a real passion to learn, develop and grow – everyone feels part of where we're taking the brand! We'll soon be launching a new marketing academy, a Customer Center of Excellence, which is really exciting. We've got brilliant partners, like ITV, Google, and TikTok, that can help us develop from a technical perspective and we're coupling that with leadership skills as well. So bringing those technical and leadership skills together means our people can be the very best that they can be and go on to have long, fulfilling careers here. I'm really proud of what we've achieved so far, and we've only just started!
