Do you have fashion marketing experience? Are you passionate about womenswear? Would you like the opportunity to create online fashion content for George? This role is for you!


As the Women's E-Comm Specialist in the George Brand team, you will be guardian for all e-comm production outputs end to end. Working closely with a large multi-disciplinary team, you will be the lead representative in all Womenswear meetings for With responsibilities both to model and still life content, it will be your job to ensure all creative adheres to the correct brand guidelines and online style guide.


Your Role Responsibilities

  • Women's fashion brand guardian for e-commerce photography across model and still life, ensuring all e-comm photography output adheres to brand guidelines and style guide 
  • Responsible for the online visualisation for womenswear for all campaigns and activity throughout the year; working with key stakeholders and ensuring all outputs deliver against the brand marketing brief whilst briefing on content requirements and campaign launches
  • Responsible for casting and talent management bank for e-comm photography; working with external agency to ensure casting brief is on brand 
  • Leading creative innovation across womenswear on; identifying areas of opportunity across PLP and PDP listing pages and briefing relevant stakeholders such as design and UX teams  
  • Responsible for driving the strategy and visualisation for CGI on
  • Still Life – Womenswear lead for conception, testing, and implementation of still life photography; working with campaign & social teams to ensure assets are fit for purpose across channels 
  • External brands – responsible for the visualisation of how external brands show up on; creating a style guide for all brands to adhere to 
  • Planning and resource across all fashion shoots based on creative roadmap and key critical paths 
  • Photography PO raising and receipting working closely with Creative Expert to identify opportunities within the budget to make efficiencies 
  • Accountable for recommendations on ways of working/ process mapping to simplify and ensure efficiencies where possible across day-to-day process'
  • Ensuring Web Photography Advocate is clear on delivery requirements
  • com sample process lead 


About You

  • 2 years minimum in a marketing role is preferred – ideally fashion
  • E-comm marketing knowledge is preferable
  • An active interest in the fashion industry, preferably womenswear
  • Experience of working in an e-commerce field is preferred
  • Experience of working studio environment
  • A great eye for detail
  • Team playing who is confident managing and taking control of projects individually
  • Experience of working with and managing external agencies
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presenter
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment, and able to prioritise and multi-task
  • Extremely agile and open to change
  • Great team player
