Training Deployment and Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for a training deployment and scheduling coordinator to join our team and oversee the delivery of training programs for our employees and suppliers. You will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of trainers, scheduling training sessions, managing training records and evaluating training outcomes.

 

Please note this is a 18 month Secondment / fixed term position, but a high percentage of our fixed term colleagues secure permanent opportunities along the way.

 

Your Role

  • Schedule training sessions for colleagues, taking into account their availability and learning needs
  • Maintain and update training records, including attendance, feedback and evaluation data
  • Coordinate the trainers aligned to the delivery plan, ensuring the trainers are in the right location for the right training session and have the resources they need to deliver training
  • Confirm training sessions, arranging training venues and attendee availability
  • Maintain and update training schedules, calendars and agendas – rescheduling when required
  • Communicate with trainers, colleagues and leaders on training schedules and updates
  • Be the point of contact for training scheduling queries
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and trainers

 

 

About You

  • Experienced in business administration or related field
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience as a training coordinator or similar role is beneficial
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is beneficial but not essential
