You will be pivotal in enabling a learning culture across Asda, whereby colleagues take accountability for their own development, supported and enabled through the line

You will support the delivery of The Asda Academy behavioural curriculum, facilitating an engaging learning experience to our colleagues, utilising external research to keep the content fresh and through connecting with our customers, incorporating stories that are relevant and impactful.

Your role

Deliver the Leadership curriculum pan-Asda (retail, home office and logistics) – leading the delivery of behavioural development and building leadership capability.

Embrace new learning techniques and role model these through your delivery.

Supporting a learner centric approach through agile facilitation, providing an engaging learner experience and flexing to meet anticipated demand

Support a culture of continuous improvement through a commitment to ongoing personal development and agility of approach.

Analyse feedback to enable better future delivery, either through flexing personal style or providing feedback on content

  • Inspiring communicator, ideally with experience of delivering learning workshops (virtual and face to face,) with a working knowledge of L&D
  • Resilience, flexible to emergent ways of working and able to work at pace
  • Ability to coach individuals and teams through great questioning techniques

This role is based at Asda House, Leeds but you can work remotely in this role so can be based anywhere in the UK. As a team, we meet quarterly in Leeds, and whilst you may need to travel on occasion to sites to deliver learning face to face, this role provides you with the flexibility to work where it works for you.
