eCommerce Merchandising Data Analyst
Responsible for distributing accurate, qualified data and opportunities into the hands of key squad owners and stakeholders, highlighting key opportunities and insights to make informed decisions
Role specific objectives (including business results)
- Build reporting and visualisation in order to spot and act on opportunities to optimise customer experience and business performance
- Communicate continuous opportunities to enhance business performance through innovative use of analytical techniques and storytelling,
- Utilise analytical tools and techniques to provide dashboards and visualisations to a wide range of stakeholders across the ecommerce business
- Provide support to the wider product team in delivering honest growth through positive change.
What you'll need:
- Experience in data analytics, SQL, Alteryx and Azure technology is an advantage
- Aptitude to model data, formulate conclusions and present opportunities effectively
- Passion to solve complex problems with a keen eye to spot anomalies within large datasets.
- Forward-thinking mindset with ability to make decisions and adapt plans accordingly.
- Good organisational skills
