eCommerce Merchandising Data Analyst

Responsible for distributing accurate, qualified data and opportunities into the hands of key squad owners and stakeholders, highlighting key opportunities and insights to make informed decisions​ 

Role specific objectives (including business results)

• ​​Build reporting and visualisation in order to spot and act on opportunities to optimise customer experience and business performance
• ​Communicate continuous opportunities to enhance business performance through innovative use of analytical techniques and storytelling,
• Utilise analytical tools and techniques to provide dashboards and visualisations to a wide range of stakeholders across the ecommerce business
• Provide support to the wider product team in delivering honest growth through positive change.​

What you'll need:

• ​​Experience in data analytics, SQL, Alteryx and Azure technology is an advantage​
• ​​Aptitude to model data, formulate conclusions and present opportunities effectively ​
• ​​Passion to solve complex problems with a keen eye to spot anomalies within large datasets.
• ​Forward-thinking mindset with ability to make decisions and adapt plans accordingly.
• ​Good organisational skills
