We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join our functions transformation team, developing reporting tools and dashboards to enhance the functions MI/BI capabilities.

  

Your Role

You will be joining our award-winning Space, Range and Modular Planning Team which is renowned for putting the customer at the heart of our decision-making. There is also opportunity to be part of the largest technology transformation program Asda has ever delivered!

 
As a Data Analyst within the Modular, Space & Range team, you will be responsible for developing insightful dashboards & self-service data tools for multiple teams of space planners across our Food and General Merchandise business. You will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of our new technology platform for the Modular, Space and Range team.

This will include

  • Identify opportunities for innovation, to meet or exceed the needs of our customers and colleagues
  • Owning backlog stories & sprint efforts to ensure value delivery
  • Coaching and assisting colleagues through ways of working, focused on delivering Asda's strategic plan
  • Owning projects from scope through to delivery
  • Incident Management, resolving issues quickly, effectively and with minimal disruption to our colleagues or customers

 

About You

  • Previous experience working in a Data Analyst role
  • Experience using Tableau /or Power BI and writing SQL queries
  • Ability to work cross functionally and engage with stakeholders at different levels
  • Future planning, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capability
  • Pace, agility, and innovative thinking
