Working within the Wholesale and Convenience team and reporting to the Senior Manager for Commercial and Proposition, you will be accountable for understanding this market and delivering insights to shape the customer based strategy.

You will ensure that we understand our customers' needs and assist in the development of the proposition to meet and exceed these needs.

The Role

Your day to day role will involve identifying and interpreting relevant data and insights ​to help define the customer missions for the channel. You will be supporting the proposition Senior Manager and customer teams to define and embed the customer led channel proposition ​within the team and stakeholder functions. You will also define and deliver the customer marketing plan ​as well as owning tracking and reporting against key target customer metrics and success factors.

 

You will be responsible for exploring and defining growth propositions with market metrics and market opportunity sizing​ and providing a customer lens to pricing and promotional plans to align with strategic objectives. You will define the optimum activation plan for seasonal events and key moments as relevant to the format​​ and you will shape and implement​ the branded marketing revenue model.

About You

  • You will be customer-obsessed with a desire to effect change
  • Ideally you will have experience working with a range of different data sources, providing analysis and producing actionable insights, coupled with a strong ability to communicate your findings to influence stakeholders.
  • You will thrive in a busy working environment and be able to prioritise, plan and organise a high volume of work
  • You will be a strong networker, able to engage multiple stakeholders cross functionally
  • You will have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to adapt outputs to the appropriate audience
  • You will be proficient in use of Microsoft Excel for organising and analysing data and Microsoft PowerPoint for creating quality presentations
