As the Creative Services Manager in the George Brand team, you will over see the delivery of all creative outputs, whilst maintaining and adhering to brand guidelines. You will also be responsible for maintaining a collaborative way of working across multiple stakeholders and teams. Bringing to the table detailed knowledge of creative agencies, freelance agencies and account management you will lead your team through each campaign with agility and flexibility.
Your Role Responsibilities
- Delegate creative tasks to team-members, manage the production budget, schedule meetings and creative reviews, liaise with cross-functional stakeholders, chase briefs, and ensure the timely planning of shoots and asset retouch.
- Lead team on delivering best in class ATL campaigns and advertising, ensuring on time delivery of assets
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of creative projects in order to guide work effectively throughout the business.
- Manage and guide stakeholder expectations at every level against the critical path.
- Be adept at allocating the right people to the right projects at the right time
- Actively collaborate with the team to offer options, build on ideas and get to creative solutions and concepts
- Proactively consider different strategic and innovative approaches to get to the best possible outcomes.
- Source great external talent as required on a brief by brief basis to support our requirements, to create deliverables fit for purpose
- Manage design specialist and agencies for omni channel design requirements for campaigns TTL
About You
- A minimum of 3 years' Experience working as a creative or campaign manager.
- Substantial experience managing a creative department, owning traffic co-ordination and scheduling at scale for a fast-paced fashion retail brand.
- Detailed knowledge of creative agencies, freelance agencies and account management.
- Adept at marketing campaign planning and production.
- Exceptional organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- A stickler for detail, and calm under pressure.
- Proven qualities of adaptability and flexibility in coping with rapidly changing circumstances.
- Good level of IT skills to include, Microsoft word, Excel, Projects and Outlook, experience with Workfront preferred.
