“Find your role”  

You'll report into the Senior Programme Manager where you won't have any direct reports, but you'll have the opportunity to help mentor other colleagues within the team and department, and will matrix manage the project team.

  • Owning and managing project plans (timescales, budgets/finances, resources, governance)
  • Facilitation of Tech/Business project interface across projects within the Supply Chain functions
  • Co-ordination of business teams and resources to deliver business tasks, milestones and artefacts
  • Working with third parties and internal teams to ensure on time, high quality delivery
  • Responsibility for project artefacts (risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, RACI, decisions logs)
  • Responsible for status reporting and ensuring the Senior Programme Manager, Programme Lead and other key stakeholders receive regular updates on progress
  • You will identify, communicate and resolve risks, concerns, issues, and dependency blockers, initiating appropriate escalation to the Senior Programme Manager where required
  • Liaising/coordinating with other project teams to manage interdependencies, align on timescales and coordinate resources

Let's find out about you”

  • You are an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of project delivery, utilising methodologies such as Waterfall & Agile into challenging, complex, ambiguous, and fast paced Retail environments.
  • You will have experience of managing cross functional resource and motivating diverse teams.
  • You will have experience of Microsoft Project, and creating and maintaining project plans
  • You will have Retail project delivery or transformation experience.
  • You'll have excellent written & verbal communication skills, and will be experienced in managing and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the business.
