Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving the online customer experience? As our Assistant Website Merchandiser, you'll play a vital role in a project that brings vibrant colour variations to our website across all product categories.
Currently, this task is handled manually, but we're on a mission to automate it in the future. In this entry-level role, you'll be the bridge between our buying teams and our website backend. You'll collaborate with buyers to gather data on what to group and then create these groupings within our system.
But your talents won't stop there! You'll also be responsible for meticulously checking these changes on the live website to ensure a seamless customer journey. Proactive problem-solving will be key as you identify and troubleshoot any bugs that might arise.
Here's what you'll do:
- Collaborate with buying teams to gather product data for website grouping.
- Create product colour variations within our website's backend system.
- Analyse the impact of these changes on the live website, ensuring an optimal customer experience.
- Identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation.
- Work proactively to find solutions and improve the overall customer journey on our website.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
