Are you passionate about CRM/Loyalty and looking for an opportunity to lead the delivery and optimisation of data-driven CRM Campaigns? As a CRM Executive for George clothing, Home & General Merchandise, you will be responsible for the planning, creating and sending of world-class CRM campaigns for George with a key focus on driving customer loyalty. You will be supporting the CRM manager on the continual optimisation of the CRM comms strategy with the aim to drive acquisition, revenue and retention of our loyal customers.

This role sits within the George Brand team. in this role you will:

  • Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery and execution of multi-channel campaigns through our CRM platform utilising email, push and in-app messaging as key channels. This will involve creating briefs, some copywriting, proofing, building, testing and launching of marketing and triggered comms through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Be responsible for the reporting and the continual optimisation of CRM campaigns, providing recommendations for strategic developments for the CRM manager, ensuring we are maximising customer value as well as customer engagement including Open rates, Click Through Rates and Unsubscribe rates
  • Analyse & interpret CRM data to understand opportunities for improvement and implement testing plans to improve the results and relevancy of campaigns.
  • Develop campaigns with enhanced personalisation working closely with our agencies to deliver dynamic content to optimise our emails and campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with several teams across George to deliver key business propositions as well as working with our online teams to ensure customer journeys are efficient from click through to transaction.
  • Work closely with the Data Science and Analytics team to develop data-driven CRM communications, leveraging personalisation our capabilities and ensuring accurate audience targeting and timely impactful communications.
  • Work closely with a CRM creative agency to deliver engaging and relevant content for campaigns, working with the George Brand creative team to ensure campaign brand guidelines are met.

Let's find out about you.

  • You must be a proactive self-starter, with a good understanding and hands-on experience in the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns.
  • You will have the ability to balance multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, ever- changing environment.
  • You will have experience of working in CRM/Loyalty in any top retail or B2C environment.
  • You will be able to confidently represent the team in cross-functional meetings ensuring seamless communication and alignment with the wider marketing, customer, and commercial teams.
  • You have an understanding and can competently use ESPs, experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Moveable Ink and Adobe Workfront is desired but not essential.
  • You will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to flex plans and reprioritise.
  • You will be naturally curious, passionate about marketing, data and tech, and doing the right thing for customers.
  • A track record of working with and influencing wider business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience of working and managing third party agency partners.
