Asda B2B Gift Card Coordinator - Maternity Cover (FTC)Head Office

We are recruiting for a B2B Gift Card Co-ordinator on a Fixed Term contract. As our B2B Gift Card Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing the end to end operations and commercial performance of our business to business gift card program.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our key buyers and suppliers. Your focus will be on driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting our partners to deliver a seamless customer experience on our behalf.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for our core B2B gift card partner, supporting their management of individual and agency buyers.

  • Oversee the end to end commercial and operational delivery of the B2B gift card program.

  • Monitor partner performance against commercial targets, SLAs, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with finance, marketing, and digital teams to support reporting, financial planning and campaign planning.

  • Lead on forecasting, performance tracking, and identifying opportunities to grow B2B gift card sales.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in supplier or partner management, ideally in a retail or commercial operations environment.

  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on performance and results.

  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

  • Familiarity with B2B sales, digital gift card platforms, or payment solutions is an advantage.
