Do you have a background in digital analytics? Would you enjoy developing a best-in-class digital measurement strategy across an omni-channel business?
We are looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to support the development and roadmap of key customer propositions such as Asda Rewards, enhancing the effectiveness of Customer Engagement, Personalised Communications, and greatly enhancing the overall understanding of how and why our customers make decisions across a range of interactions with Asda and Asda Rewards.
As Asda moves through a digital transformation, you'd be joining Asda at the right time. Leveraging data and analytics is a critical area of transformation & you would be at the very heart of this.
Your role
Working within Asda's Decision Science and Analytics team you will:
- Develop Asda's digital analytics tools to deliver impactful & actionable insights that deliver growth for our business
- Combine Asda's customer rich behavioural data our digital analytics data, to create more engaging experiences for our customers through Asda Rewards and beyond
- Pro-actively find opportunities for better measurement, applying expert knowledge to influence and bring ideas to life
- Identify where customer journeys can be better designed, understand drivers and recommend optimised customer experiences
- Deliver measurement of omnichannel customer journeys & a single customer view
- Work with internal stakeholders to provide regular reporting and insights
- Oversee data governance – ensuring the accuracy of data used across analytics models.
Your skills and experience
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Proven capability in the use of digital analytics tools to develop data driven insights
- Sound knowledge of data visualisation and reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with conflicting data, identify emerging trends and act upon them
- Ability to communicate findings to a wide range of audiences
- Experience in both web and app analytics is desirable but not essential
