Our modular, range and space team are at the ‘heart' of our business and have a key role in what our customers see in store. We are currently recruiting for a Range Insight Analyst to join our food team, working with the latest systems and technology, to ensure we have the best possible range of products in every store.
The ins and outs:
You will identify the most relevant data, interpreting it to ensure we deliver the right products, and sufficient space to display them by store to meet the needs of our customers. This could include implementing learnings about seasonality, trends, and customer insight as well as reviewing sales, markdowns, and demographic information to name but a few of the resources available. You will be working alongside the modular planning analysts, buying, supply and product development teams to determine the right strategy, ensuring the right level of engagement and support is in place to help deliver these.
- Determining what information is the most relevant for a category.
- Providing analytical insight to drive sales in a product area.
- Give guidance on poor performing products and ranges and make recommendations to drive improvements.
- Run engagement sessions with business units across all reporting levels.
- Support others to interpret key data to inform decision making.
- Work with stakeholders to model different future scenarios.
- Input accurate and timely information throughout the space and ranging process.
- Develop the technical ability of the categories supported.
