Project Planner – Events POS 

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Planner to join our team! The role sits within the Activity Management team that forms part of Marketing Operations, with a specific focus on channel execution. In Marketing Operations, we enable great work through simple, effective & collaborative ways of working. The Studio368 Project Planner plays a central role between the brief owner and our in-house studio, to deliver BAU and fast track artwork. This role supports the Studio368 Activity Planning Manager in driving teams to deliver all in-scope Studio368 activity. This involves (but is not limited to) daily reprioritisation to deliver business artwork requirements, planning future work via Workfront & communicating critical path commitments to stakeholder groups to keep all artwork deliverables on track. 

In this collaborative role, the Studio368 Project Planner is a specialist in artwork delivery (in this instance within Events & Campaign POS), advising on technical requirements (where relevant) and giving teams the knowledge and support to land activity right first time. This role is also responsible for recommending process improvements ideas to the Studio368 Activity Planning Manager to ensure efficiencies and improvements in Ways of Working are frequently reviewed and implemented. 

You will be responsible for; 

  • Briefing activity into the studio team with a speciality  within the Events & Campaign POS workstream, ensuring all information is present and accurate before brief takes place to limit amends right through checking all approvals are present before releasing files for print (including legal, nominations sign off with trading, creative owners for example). 
  • You will have the capability to brief in activity via Workfront for other workstreams to enable cross functional working and team agility 
  • Work with Activity Managers & Activity Planning peers to identify opportunities to improve ways of working 
  • Escalate mounting issues & high/low level risks to the Activity Planning Manager 
  • Provide meaningful reporting to drive stakeholder change & complete weekly RAG reporting/attend meetings to keep close lines of communication with your stakeholders, being comfortable with pushing the teams to deliver the correct level of information to keep work on track 
  • Be the 'go to' person for the activity within your workstream 
  • Plan work in to Workfront for the month ahead, to enable effective capacity planning 

About you: 

  • You'll have a strong attention to detail and will naturally drive high standards across briefs and final artwork deliverables 
  • The role requires knowledge of artwork studio operations & an understanding of artwork processes including QC and sign off's.  
  • An understanding of the importance of planning, and how and to use technology to aid efficiency in an operation    
  • Experienced in flexing and adapting approach and willingness/ openness to inevitable change 
  • A proven track record of engaging teams and being a reliable, trusted project planner 
  • Be skilled in briefing and checking artwork against the brief to drive a right first time output  
  • Experienced in checking final files against approvals, proofreading and identifying errors 
  • You are a team player, with strong communication skills & a great ability to engage stakeholders 
  • You are a confident person with the ability to influence & negotiate 
  • You are a forward thinker! You're able to think ahead and create the right plan 
  • You enjoy looking at and analysing rework data, producing recommendations to the internal stakeholder group where we could improve ways of working every quarter
