Do you have a good Project Management background and interested in working on the separation programme? This is a very exciting team, as you'll be working on the largest retail transformation project in the world.


You'll work alongside the Programme Manager ensuring that the teams follow the programme/project management framework, processes and utilise the programme tools. Ensure all reporting is standard/consistent and completed in a timely and accurate manner. Create and maintain aggregate views of the programme/project plans, actively manage milestones, dependencies and understand key themes behind any movements. Support the Programme Manager in Programme/Project risks and issues management.


Please note this is an 18-month secondment / fixed term position, but a high percentage of our fixed term colleagues secure permanent opportunities along the way.


Your Role

  • Ongoing management of the programme plan, tracking of milestones and any plan deviance
  • Support with identification, management and reporting of cross functional dependencies
  • Risk and issue management, reporting and mitigation
  • Maintain & actively manage action logs
  • Support on collation of any decks required for meetings.
  • Support on Programme workshops and regular Programme meetings
  • Analysis of project and programme data to recognise trends
  • Support the team to ensure quality of reporting, team adhering to standardised tools, templates and ways of working as set by SMO


About You

  • Project Management experience essential
  • Understanding of change management principles, tools, frameworks and techniques
  • Knowledge and understanding of programme and project lifecycle
  • Experience in engaging with stakeholders from a diverse functional spectrum
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 tools
  • Experience in Programme/Project planning
  • Proficient in MSP Project
