Do you have marketing experience? Are you passionate about menswear and kidswear? Would you like the opportunity to work within a team that creates content for all marketing channels for George? This role is for you!

 

As the Menswear & Kidswear Brand Creative Advocate in the George Brand team, you will be responsible for supporting the Content Specialists and Experts on pre- and post-production elements of content. Working closely with a large multi-disciplinary team, you will be a key representative in all men's and kidswear meetings for George Brand.

 

Your Role Responsibilities

  • Collating design boards from the designers to brief the copywriter on trend names and blurbs 
  • Supporting the content specialists and experts on pre- and post-production elements of content 
  • Ensuring retouching checks on photography are carried out on time, to deadlines 
  • Managing breaking press report to collate competitor activity in press and any specific comp shops around campaign launches 
  • Support in general housekeeping; manage folder systems and owning creative decks shared with wider Brand Profession and adding in all campaign and ecomm content
  • Support in daily sign off of all mens & kids e-comm shoots – ensuring all output adheres to style guide 
  • Support in studio styling wardrobe – sourcing and maintaining sample options 
  • Support in briefing of all mens & kids e-comm content for George.com 
  • Responsible for cutouts for all mens and kids lines
  • Working closely with legal and PR teams to get sign off on campaign slogans and straplines
  • Attending weekly mens & kids's weekly marketing alignment meetings to update the content and ecomm specialists
  • Responsible for ensuring all assets are handed over to the relevant stakeholders on time and against critical path 
  • Responsible for updating all internal key documents for your area 
  • Attending selection meetings for your areas – supporting campaign and e-comm specialists

 

About You

  • 1-2 years in a marketing role – ideally fashion
  • Wider marketing knowledge is preferable – especially around acquisition and retention 
  • An interest in the fashion market 
  • Experience on fashion photoshoots is ideal but not essential 
  • A great eye for detail 
  • Team playing who is confident managing and taking control of projects individually
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presenter 
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment, and able to prioritise and multi-task  
  • Extremely agile and open to change 
  • Great team player
