Asda's Loyalty team is growing and as part of the exciting expansion, we have a new opportunity to join our team as a Loyalty Planning manager. You will be a key member of the team playing a pivotal role in our growth, working across the entire business at all levels.
As the Loyalty Planning Manager you will be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple projects and workstreams in the loyalty team to ensure they are delivered as per plan and within budget.
Working together with the Senior Loyalty Planning Manager and the Senior Director, you will plan, present and designate project resources as well as preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress and key risks.
You will play a key role in shaping, planning & executing the loyalty strategy based on input gathered from stakeholders throughout the company. Working together with our Asda teams as well as agency partners and consultancies you will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive, long-term strategic plans, delegating tasks, and establishing metrics for evaluating results.
How you'll do it
- Experience managing the delivery of complex propositions in a retail business across multiple functions
- Strong communication skills to provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication to the
right audiences - Experience managing cross functional teams, being willing to challenge
- Strict attention to detail with the ability to determine and define project scope and objectives
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments,
and progress - Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Planning what work needs to be done, when and who's going to do it, allocating resources and managing budgets
- Reviewing the risks involved in a particular project and managing these risks

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders from all functions across the business, along with suppliers and acency partners.
