Are you looking for a new challenge which allows you to work with a broad range of well known brands? Whether you're an Account Executive looking to take the next step up or you're already a well established Account Manager, this role could be for you! You will be a key member of the Internal Client Team within toyou, Asda's internal courier company, and will support the business to deliver a fantastic service and continued growth of each account.

 

About you and the role:

You will be a vital and key point of contact for your client's and ensure you have excellent knowledge on your client's proposition, business values and aims inside out. You will have excellent time management skills and will manage project briefs, timelines and will have full ownership of your accounts. Being on the road and meeting your clients face to face is paramount, conducting Monthly Business Reviews, understanding future requirements and relaying our business expectations and wants. Relationship building and the ability to hold engaging and articulate, as well as tough conversations are a must. You will manage and develop relationships with your clients, proactively adding value and ensuring your clients achieve their business aims and objectives. This should be done whilst aiming to beat an expected revenue and volume plan.

 

What you'll need:

  • Ability to work cross functionally and engage at all levels.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Influencing skills.
  • Proactive problem solving
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload against tight deadlines
  • Ability to travel, visiting your clients
  • Experience working in an Account Management role, ideally within B2B/B2C environment
  • Knowledge of a range of Microsoft programmes
  • Accountability and understanding of your clients Profit & Loss (P&L)
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
