Your role will be to work alongside all of the commercial proposition managers, to drive growth for Insurance, as well as the opportunity to get involved in some of our other financial services products 

Your role

You will play an integral part in developing Asda Insurance online, through price comparison sites, and across our growing network of 600 + stores. You will also help drive performance of our existing partners, as well as the opportunity to investigate and develop new ones. Your career expertise will be utilised to refine and improve both the customer experience and engagement, whilst also ensuring operational excellence of all processes, procedures, and compliance. 


  • Own the customer journey for all Asda Insurance customers for all products and distribution channels.
  • Responsible for defining, reviewing, and evolving existing products.
  • Support the Commercial Proposition Manager in researching, identifying, and evaluating potential new products and channels
  • Take the lead and support on performance management and partner relationships.
  • Be the customer advocate for Asda Insurance, ensuring feedback is obtained and acted upon, as well as driving customer engagement


About you

  • Account management experience within Insurance, Banking or similar Financial Services industry
  • Proven operational experience with the ability to drive both customer engagement and P&L performance in multiple distribution channels
  • Fluent with numbers and analysis, and being able to form a story with data
  • Previous experience of working with white label service providers would be an advantage but not necessary.
