HR Reporting Lead / Insight and Reporting Manager

 

This is a unique opportunity to define and design the future HR Reporting for a large organisation using best in class applications (Workday and Service Now). Working with other functional Leads you will be accountable for understanding business needs and translating these into simple and relevant insights. You will also be influencing peers and stakeholders to think differently about data and unlock the power of high quality insight.

 

You'll work as part of the People business team with a team of around 20 colleagues.  You won't have any direct reports, but you will have the opportunity to mentor and train colleagues within the team.

 

Please note that this is an 18 month fixed term position.

 

Your Role

  • Accountable for end-to-end design (all roles in processes including Colleague, Manager & HR Shared Services) to meet business Insight and Reporting needs
  • Work with Future Programme team members to deliver on time, budget, out of the box solutions
  • Define functional Insight and Reporting strategy and translate into technology led systems and processes
  • Align design to our agreed HR Operating Model
  • Leads functional data needs including requirements gathering, cleansing and transformation in conjunction with Central Data team
  • Coach Functional SMEs to define relevant reporting & performance metrics/requirements ensuring solution actively measures business performance
  • Define training needs, partnership with Learning team to ensure appropriate plans are built
  • Responsible for testing end to end all Reporting and Insight solutions within digital core applications ie Workday, SerivceNow, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling
  • Ensure seamless integration with other People Tower functional design as well as related other Tower impact

 

 

About You

 

  • You'll have a background of working on People systems, ideally working with Workday/Service Now
  • Strong Data analytics and reporting background
  • Project Management experience
