Can you design digital learning that engages and inspires?  Are you looking for a once in a career opportunity to get something massive on your CV? You will create digital learning in a variety of formats and authoring tools to support our colleagues, enable Asda's strategy and the delivery of Asda's future systems infrastructure including SAP, Workday, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, NCR and more.

 

You will help to drive the digital learning strategy and shape the future of learning design in Asda. You will create learning to increase colleague capability across a variety of topics for range of learners across Retail, Logistics and our Home Offices. You'll work on the biggest systems deployment programme in the UK and have the opportunity to drive innovation in our learning offer.

 

Please note this is a 12 month Secondment / fixed term position, but a high percentage of our fixed term colleagues secure permanent opportunities along the way.

 

 

Your Role

You'll be joining a multi-award winning learning team to strengthen our capability. You'll work with the Learning Design Team and Learning Design Manager to create multimedia, multi-format digital learning solutions and develop new innovative ways of presenting digital media. You'll engage stakeholders and SMEs at all levels of the organisation to understand the learner and how best to present learning content to meet their needs.

You will lead the storyboarding, production and design process of your projects, along with the creative autonomy to make key design decisions that deliver a great learning experience.

You will work with external providers to understand emerging technologies and enhance Asda's digital learning design ecosystem.

 

 

About You

  • You must have demonstrable capability in designing digital learning using Articulate 360.
  • You will have experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • You can plan, create and manage the production of visual media
