Corporate Services Project Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity within the Legal & Compliance team to manage various workstreams for the Senior Director of Corporate Services, 18 colleagues within the corporate services team and the broader L&C team.
What you'll do?
The Legal & Compliance & Corporate Services Team support:
- Co ordinating the L&C functions round table, conference and brand events to assist with recruitment and retention, including interface with the people team
- Recruitment consultant interface, interviews, feedback and follow up
- Interaction with HRSS
- Producing presentations for the Corporate services team for Executive and VP meetings
- Corporate Services Team meeting management, including minutes and action follow up
- Co‐ordinating reporting to the General Counsel by the Corporate Services Team
- Co ordination of approvals for variation matters including contracts
The Corporate and Company Secretarial Team Support:
- Managing Company House filings for UK based companies within the Bellis Group
- Management of the delegated Board Committee actions for SD Corporate Services and the General Counsel (when required)
- Data room set up and co‐ordination across M& A activity
- Managing colleague NDA/clean team lists
- Administering compliance with regulatory NDA/certification processes (where relevant)
- Co ordinating the collation of financial covenant certificates quarterly
- Co ordinating Director and officer diaries for D&O training
- Managing KYC investor requests
How you'll do it?
- Digitally savvy – coding skills, use of Excel and power point key, use of High Q/Contract Express desirable
- Strong organisation skills
- Good judgment and integrity as a consequence of the confidential nature of some of the work the team deal with
- Ability to get close to the detail and ensure quality is delivered
- Project management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Keen problem solver
- Great interpersonal skills and willingness to reach out to cross functional colleagues
- Focused on great customer service
