We're always on the lookout for exceptional Business Partners (Commercial Finance Managers) to join the Commercial Finance team at Asda.  These crucial roles partner with Commercial and Operational teams to make critical decisions on how our business is run. So you can drive and deliver our ambition of regaining #2 share in Grocery.

As a Commercial Finance Business Partner at Asda, you'll partner your functional area to support leadership, make the right decisions, and play a critical role in identifying, recommending, and concluding on business opportunities to create value.

Alongside this, you'll play an active role across the Finance team to drive the Transformation agenda. This includes maximising all opportunities from evolving digital tools and analytical methodologies to make sure Asda Finance stays a great place to work.  Some key activities will include:

• Supporting the Business Unit Finance Director and partner business leaders for your function or transformation pillar.
• Understand local risks and opportunities and shape decisions to strengthen performance.
• Drive value creation, strategic prioritisation and new business initiatives.
• Support optimal decisions on investment of capital and support on business unit change plans.
• Make complex financial scenarios easy for non-financial colleagues.
