This role within our Asda Service Centre Finance team provides a great opportunity to be part of one of the UK's largest Accounts Payable teams. This role is excellent for candidates looking to develop their leadership skills.
The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring all processes are completed accurately and within service level agreements, collection of any monies due to Asda and providing excellent customer service to a wide range of internal and external customers.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and motivating a large team of Accounts Administrators
- Provide coaching and developmental support to colleagues
- Initiating and driving process improvements
- Providing technical support to customers
- Working cross functionally to deliver projects and new initiatives
- Delivery of agreed KRA's (Key Result Area's) within SLA (Service Level Agreements)

- Ideally have previous team management experience
