As a UX Content Designer you will help to make George.com digital services easier for customers to use and understand, ensuring that content is served at the right time and in the right way. Working collaboratively with ecommerce, product and technology functions you will create usable, intuitive experiences across both web and app and promote best practices to improve consistency and efficiency.
Utilise UX architecture testing methodologies to identify areas of opportunity.
Influence decisions on new content that keeps customer sentiment at the forefront.
Share design ideas through sketches, wireframes and prototypes.
Work horizontally across multiple teams to ensure best practice is adhered to.
Seek to improve processes and ways of working – spotting opportunities for collaboration and creating efficiencies for colleagues and customers.
Break down concepts into clear and concise briefs.
Experience in UX Content Design, UX Architecture, Content Writer or similar.
Experience in Figma/Sketch/InVision.
Copywriting skills and experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Confident in project scoping and planning, as well as hands-on execution of testing/research methodologies.
A flexible, confident and tenacious attitude with strong influencing skills.

The most exciting thing about my role is travel. We get to go to LA, Tokyo, New York, the list goes on! And that travel helps inspire our designs.
