Using smart and innovative sourcing techniques and tools to ensure you stay above the curve when it comes to sourcing candidates. You will find new ways of working and be an early adopter of recruitment technology and applications. It's second nature to you.
You will use data and insights to provide Asda with talent acquisition solutions for candidate identification and engagement. However, you will go beyond just using data and become a data-driven storyteller to ensure stakeholders buy into your work both rationally and emotionally.
You will transform job adverts, promoting what is challenging, and best about working at Asda across numerous social channels. However, whilst you will be meticulous with advert creation you will equally be as focused on being an expert on where the right places are to post them for maximum effect.
You will quickly become an expert on the talent landscape, mapping out and pipelining talent across the UK for our Retail space. Proactively headhunting candidates to support in ensuring we are bring the very best talent into our business to lead to our stores.
Ensuring Talent Acquisition is present at Job Fairs and Industry events to build knowledge, insight and continue to attract top talent.
