Ethical Assistant to support the Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability Manager within the Non-Food Sourcing team. This is an administrative role which involves extensive interaction with our supply base and liaison with external systems to manage our supply chain. This role also supports our wider Sourcing & Fabric team with administrative tasks.

• Manage data entry for supplier audit process
• Ability to analyse data for supplier audit process
• Support with supplier factory on boarding working across different platforms and systems
• Timely critical path management of systems
• Monthly roll up of RAG status
• Ethical and sustainability reporting
• Support the Sourcing and Fabric team with administrative activities including PO creation, facilitating meetings and managing communications within the team
