“Find your role”

This role will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding experience which includes the onboarding, training, and integration into their team for someone who is new to role. It will include developing glidepaths for each operational area that will include progress of performance as well as the time in which they will achieve the targets. This is a 6-month FTC opportunity.

A key priority is continuously improving training and onboarding materials by keeping up with industry trends and standards and have a proactive approach to organisation and planning. The Employee Lifecycle & Training Lead will also support and work closely with the Employee Lifecycle & Training Manager to support the execution of operational onboarding and training plan within ASC.

Your role

  • Support the coordination, design, and delivery of training programmes across ASC operational teams.
  • Deliver training courses or programs, engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes.
  • Take ownership of the training needs of the operational ASC teams, including identifying skills gaps, ensuring adherence to training requirements and conducting coaching conversations where necessary whilst focussing on specific glidepaths.
  • Analyse training and onboarding feedback to ensure there is a continuous improvement culture.
  • Proactively plan training by working closely with the operation, considering forecasts, business need and capacity.
  • Support the identification of learning needs by analysing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels; recommend priorities for Learning and Development interventions.
  • Continually consider optimisation opportunities such as automation of learning.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and be able to keep them engaged.

  • An understanding of robust onboarding and training frameworks
  • Knowledge in developing people to be their best to deliver a world class talent pool.
  • Strong background in creating and delivering training programmes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with new hires, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and use insights to improve training and onboarding materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support new hires and integrate them into teams.
  • Good time management skills.

  • Leadership Skills
  • Experience in managing organisational change and helping employees adapt to new processes.
  • Ability to bring innovative ideas to improve training and onboarding processes.
