As the Digital Photography Assistant you'll support the fashion and home Photography Executives in creating content for online and packaging channels to deliver on brand creative to critical paths, developing your understanding of the Brand look and feel.

"Find your role" ​

• Daily contact sheet and site checks to ensure that images are captured to style guide and are live on site ​

• Ensure internal weekly packs are kept up to date across all Fashion and Home projects / general housekeeping​​

• Build relationship with the sample coordinator's to ensure all samples orders are available for e-comm shoots where relevant​

• Weekly status round up to Home Traders on missing samples needed for digital photography – ensuring all product is on track for delivery via the trading teams / escalate internally

• Build relationship with online content team to ensure trend launches are visually relevant vs wider brand marketing plans, feedback to specialist ​

• Responsible for ensuring all assets are handed over to the relevant stakeholders on time and against critical path - fashion and home (PR, Social, Online and adhoc. requests)​

• ​​Supporting the creative specialists on post production / repro amends / moodboard and asset sharing ​

• Attend brand marketing showcases to support specialist where necessary in Lutterworth or Leeds when required ​

  Ecommerce Studio Shoots​

• Provide admin assistance on general requests post shoot ​

• Support in keeping Fashion and Home studio styling up to date – sourcing and maintaining sample styling options ​

• Work towards shadowing on a photoshoot, with a view to develop understanding and project ownership ​

• Responsible in managing PR shot requests to deliver on time via studio ​

• Collaborative spirit with ability to communicate with a range of teams ​

• Willingness to build relationships across a number of internal and external departments ​

• Team player who wants to expand experience in managing and taking control of projects / develop multi-tasking skills ​

• Work experience on photoshoots is ideal​

• Keen interest in working within a fast-paced environment and learning on the job ​​

• Open to change and assist where they can to expand knowledge within remit
