Really! We don’t expect you to tell us how best to replenish our shelves. So we’re not going to tell you how to deliver the very best service for our customers. We think giving you loads of autonomy is only fair. Don’t you?

Achieve that elusive work-life balance
In most of our Pharmacies you can choose to work full or part time or even job share. With our flexible full time contract it’s even possible to fit your working times around your lifestyle commitments, if you’ve some flexibility too. Or, if it’s part time you’re after, you couldn’t come to a better place! Whether you need the extra time to pursue professional interests. Or achieve personal goals. Focus on what you’re good at
In work we’ll take a whole host of tasks off your hands. You won’t be responsible for recruiting colleagues. Though your input will be valued and appreciated. You won’t be responsible for cashing up. You won’t be a key holder, so no more responding to alarms in the middle of the night!
Safety in numbers
Most importantly, you won’t be alone. Ever. You’ll have the support of your Pharmacy team, the whole store team and on site security colleagues. You’ll be safe and secure at all times. We know it’s important to you. That’s why we make it a priority.

Pharmacists
Years of experience. Or a qualification with the ink still wet. We don’t mind which you’ve got! So long as you’ve also got the personality, the ideas, the ambition and the energy to wow both our business and our customers - we’ve got a place for you. You’ll need the commercial acumen to maximise sales and profitability. So plenty of business development ideas will be a must. We’ll provide all the further training, support and encouragement you need to continue your professional development, whatever stage you’re at.
The skills you require
Working with us as a Pharmacist is a very different experience - it’s certainly not for everyone.
It takes passion, commitment, dedication, ambition, drive, enthusiasm – we’d go on, but you get the picture. It’s about getting off the bench and getting things done. It’s about having great ideas, and putting them into practice. It’s about using your initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
We want professionals who’ll challenge the status quo. Push boundaries. Get involved, in store and in the community. We want leaders with vision. Champions of change. People who aren’t afraid to be seen. Or heard.

Pharmacy colleagues
We also have opportunities for Pharmacy colleagues in our Pharmacy Departments, which don't require you to be a qualified Pharmacist.
