Hi my name is Tracey and I've been working for ASDA for eleven years and I'm a Store Community Colleague.
I went to college and I went to ASDA to start as part-time Colleague and eleven years and I'm still in ASDA.
Development in ASDA is open to everyone. I've worked as a Check-out Operator, a Check-out Runner, a Training Coordinator, an Events Coordinator, and now I'm a Store Community Colleague.
I work with individual customers and the surrounding community as well. The days when I'm at the front of the store, like raising money for charities and all that, customers see the difference. I work with the Local Community Police, we go to the health centres as well.
I had a great childhood and I would want to give that to somebody else. You can definitely help make a difference and a purpose because you find all these different things that other supermarkets don't do.
I go everywhere with ASDA. We go out, we go round the pub just around the corner, we go to karaoke on a Friday night ((sings))
I'm proud to wear my ASDA uniform, making that difference. ASDA is great for the customer, the Colleagues, the community and me and I love it!
