Hi, my name's Leanne, I'm an ASDA Colleague and I work in Health, Beauty and Baby.
The customers we're getting are Mum's, Dad's, the elderly, youngsters. At first they're all excited because they've just had their little baby. So, of course they've got this list but they don't know where to look, and we get a basket, or a trolley, and then we go shopping.

It's nice to see the people that we help out the first time, they come back and they show me the result like the little baby, they're a bit more relaxed, and a bit more 'I can chill out a bit more when I'm pushing the pram'. ((laughs)) It's lovely.

Since working at ASDA my life has changed for the better. I'm a Mum, I've got three boys, I've got Ben, I've got Jamie and I've got Mitchell. A friend offered me a job in a school kitchens and it was a tough call because everyone was saying to me 'as soon as they've grown that's fine but go for the term time job, you've got to be there for the boys' but at the same time I can't just walk away from my job because I just love it too much.

The big boss came and looked at me and said 'I will make you have shorter working hours' so I now do two and half days a week and four and half days with my boys. ((laughs))

My boys love it. My boys come down from school and meet me in ASDA. My eldest boy is already badgering me now to get in to speak to Carl about some work experience because he wants to come through there. He thinks it's going to be brilliant. ((laughs))
