I’m Suff and I'm a Helpdesk Analyst in the Information Systems Division - that's IT to you and me!

I recently went from working part time to working full time because I enjoy working here so much. My role means I support colleagues to troubleshoot any issues they have with their vital IT systems in stores. I know that in my role I can make a real difference to a colleague’s day and that gives me great satisfaction.

My career development is important to me and I’d like to become a Project Manager. I’m already getting the training that will help me to achieve this. I’m studying for a qualification in project management and I’ve already been involved in a number of projects whose aim has been to reduce our costs through introducing more efficient systems throughout the business.

One thing that is fundamental to ASDA is that everyone has the opportunity to go to stores to discover just how they operate. In fact, last Christmas I grabbed the chance to help out at a store at their busiest time of the year so my experience really has been ‘hands on’!
