It starts with our award-winning induction programme called 'Best Welcome' - two full-on days at Asda House introducing you to Asda, our culture, our leadership model and our way of working. You'll get to know about the little things we do that make us think and work like one big team - e.g. no offices, no jackets, no designated car park spaces and so on. You'll also get to know each other over an evening meal together.

Then it's into your 4-week induction period planned for you by your team - finding your way around the place… getting to know colleagues, customers and the business…grasping the finer points of your role… attending some modules and visting stores, depots or suppliers.
