The first step in applying for these
roles is to complete our online application.
This consists of a form to capture all your
details, as well as some other questions designed to help us
understand much more about your personality and fit with our
culture.
If your online application is successful, you will be invited to
our Home Office in Leeds to attend a first stage interview which is
based around our beliefs and your technical skills.
Following this, the final stage is to be interviewed by an Asda
Manager and a colleague from the Resourcing team. This second
interview is designed to assess how you fit against Asda's
leadership behaviours & culture.
The interview process helps us to understand if you will be
successful in a role in our Home Office & helps you to
understand what working at Asda is really like.
