In an Asda store there are always lots of great deals that we want to draw our customers' attention to and our Merchandisers/Modular Planners design the layouts that our great value products are displayed on. However, there are a lot of other stages and skills that are involved before the products even reach the shop floor.

Our Merchandisers work closely with Buyers, Operations managers, supply teams, and stores to create the right layouts to meet our financial and market objectives. All the time they're working to maximise the use of space, drive sales & improve the shopping experience that our customers have.

When you join us in Merchandising & Modular Planning, you'll be working in a team that deals with rapid change every week. They work closely with departments of Asda that achieve monthly sales of £1billion, and some of the highest sales densities in the industry.
