How about some figures? In the UK, retail sales in 2007 were larger than the economies of Denmark and Portugal combined. In fact, retail currently accounts for around a fifth of the entire UK economy and this is set to increase by 15.1% over the next five years. We're expecting to see up to 270,000 new jobs created in the retail sector by 2012, and 31% of these will be at managerial or professional level. That adds up to a lot of opportunity.

Our graduate programme offers immediate responsibility, a structured career path and the opportunity to specialise in a whole range of different areas. If you combine a flexible approach with an open mind, you'll fit in perfectly and be amazed at what you could achieve. You'll need a 2:1 degree (2:2 for Distribution or Retail Management). We also encourage applications from all disciplines. What's important is to be passionate about the customer and to have the resilience and drive to succeed in a fast paced environment - whilst having fun at the same time!
