You will join a 2 year rotational scheme, completing 3 placements which could include Colleague Relations & Engagement, Learning & Development, Reward and Generalist HR*.
As you progress, you'll face some real challenges. But you'll get all the help you need, with access to a mentor who can support you fully throughout your development. In year 2 of the scheme, we will also offer you the chance to become CIPD accredited.
You will need at least a 2.1 degree (in any discipline). You must be passionate about a career in Retail and HR and you will be focused on understanding how people can make a difference across a global business.
This role is based at our home office, Asda House, in Leeds for your first 2 placements. You may be required to relocate to complete the final placement.
