All this puts our Finance team truly at the heart of Asda's decision-making. Our roles touch on all aspects of the Asda business. We're responsible for ensuring tight and efficient financial controls and analysing business performance, informing key strategic decisions and shaping the future direction of the business. The 3-year programme will take you through three challenging placements in different areas of finance working with various teams. The experience will give you a rounded understanding of the fundamentals of financial reporting control and commercial analysis in our fast-paced commercial context. As you progress, you can expect regular reviews offering advice and support on your performance to help ensure you're constantly moving in the right direction. While you'll be expected to grasp opportunities and stretch yourself, we'll be behind you all the way, especially with financial support and study time for your CIMA qualifications. Why CIMA? What do I need to apply?
To join our Finance Graduate scheme you will need a 2.1 in any discipline and at least 280 UCAS points. If you're based in one of our stores or depots you'll need to be endorsed by your GSM/GM and PSM.
Where will I be based?
This role is based at Asda House in Leeds.
