Finance

Being a finance graduate at Asda is much more than your typical finance scheme. It's about having the ability to ‘look beyond the numbers’ to influence the wider business and drive Asda forward. We’ll expect you to make an impact on all areas of our fast paced business as you ensure that we make the right decisions for both our customers and bottom line.

Confident and tenacious with great numerical skills, you won't be afraid to drive change and challenge the status quo. You'll also make the most of every opportunity to drive your own development as we support you through your CIMA qualification and become a senior finance leader of the future. Distribution Management

As a graduate in our Distribution scheme you are at the forefront of our business. By planes, trains and automobiles it’s up to you to ensure we deliver the right products, to the right place, right on time for when our customers need them. All whilst ensuring we minimise the impact we have on the environment.

The support you will provide to our stores is crucial so you will need to be outgoing, determined and ambitious, with the confidence to take on a management role from day one - leading a large team of colleagues. We’ll provide you with the support you need to succeed in a fast-moving 24/7 environment that is one of the most demanding, yet most rewarding areas of our business. You’ll learn fast, inspire your team and get on with a diverse range of people. You’ll need to share our passion for customer service and strive for excellence in a culture of continuous improvement. Ecommerce

Do you want to work at the cutting edge of one of the UK's biggest retail businesses? Then look no further than our Ecommerce programme. This role is all about project management, finding innovative new ways to use the latest technology to provide great, efficient online shopping solutions for our customers.

Our work is all about the future, so you must be prepared to think ahead and have the potential to become a senior leader of tomorrow. You need to be prepared to develop rapidly and take responsibility from day one. You will be confident, gregarious, flexible and determined. IT Solutions Management (ITSM)

Based in our IT department your ability to translate complex, technical messages into a format that everyone can understand is fundamental to our business. Don't worry if you haven't got the technical expertise, this role is more focused on project management and cost saving solutions. You need to be outgoing, well organised and a real team player and enjoy influencing a wide range of colleagues as you gain exposure to developmental technologies from Wal*Mart whilst managing high profile projects that will shape the future of our business.

Supply Chain

Supply Chain is all about getting the products that our customers want, available on the shelves, ready for them to buy. Helping to service nearly 400 stores nationwide, you will be committed to working alongside a large network of people from global suppliers, to Asda traders who source the products, to our store managers. You must be able to prioritise and meet deadlines to meet the ever changing needs of our customers and to keep us one step ahead of the competition.

Retail Management
