Finance is finance, wherever you work isn't it? Well, not at Asda it isn't. Our Finance Team is in a class of its own and this comes down to the colleagues who work here. Our roles touch on all aspects of the Asda business and we're responsible for everything from exercising financial controls to analysing business performance and from establishing supplier strategies to helping to make the business case for stocking new products. Overall we support the business in delivering goods and services that are affordable and available for everyone.
You will be hard pushed to find a finance graduate career that is as fast paced or varied as ours, and there are even fewer places where you can have such a measurable impact on the overall profitability of a business as big as ours.
Multiple development opportunities
Today's graduates are our senior finance managers of the future. During your time on the scheme, you'll progress through a number of challenging placements which will give you experience across the different areas of finance, from accounts payable to distribution finance and everything in between! You'll also have the chance to use your financial expertise to working with all of the other areas of the business. You'll need ambition, determination and commitment to balance a full time job with your studies in order to achieve your CIMA qualification. As you progress, you can expect regular reviews offering advice and support on your performance to help ensure you're constantly moving in the right direction.

What do I need to apply?
To join our Finance Graduate scheme you will need a Business, Finance or Accountancy degree or related degree - 2.1 Honours.
Where will I be based?
This role is based at Asda House in Leeds.
