Taking Asda into the future
Just look at the figures. Between 2007 and 2008 our Grocery business grew from £180m to £300m, and Ecommerce and online home shopping played a big part in this growth. Technology is allowing people to change the way they shop, and at Asda we're helping them make those changes. Take our Asda Direct catalogue for example, more than 3 million homes are now able to order from over 600 pages of general merchandise products. As we've plenty more initiatives in the pipeline, you can look forward to plenty of variety and innovative new projects.
Ecommerce continues to be the fastest growing area of the Asda business. This means you'll be exposed to the expertise of a wide range of colleagues from marketing, finance to the trading teams, whilst supporting the Home Shopping Managers in our stores to deliver to our customers on time. You'll focus your skills on improving online sales, attracting new customers to Asda and ensuring that we're at the forefront of new initiatives and online strategies.

We will expect you to be driven to take on the level of responsibility suited to a senior manager of the future. What do I need to apply?
We consider applications from graduates with a 2:1 honours degree in any discipline, but if you have a related degree, that would be ideal.

This role is based at Asda House in Leeds.
